If a name of a living individual is submitted to Totalgenealogy.com the persons commissioning the search are responsible for seeking initial permission to provide this name as Totalgenealogy.com can not be held responsible for any incidents that arise as a result of a search. If you provide us with any personal or contact information we respect the purpose for which you gave it to us, and it will be held confidential.

If you wish to commission a family history search for an immediate start, please complete and print out this form and email it to form@totalgenealogy.com, Pat will contact you with a postal address to send a cheque for £50 as a deposit. Cheques should be made payable to Mrs. P. Peryer. Searches will not be started until the deposit has been received.

Outstanding balances will be due on completion of the project.
